Unwind is an app to move / resize windows. Here's how it works in its default configuration:
Hold down the Shift and Alt keys, then move the mouse cursor. The window underneath the mouse now moves - release any of the keys to stop movement.
Hold down Shift and Win keys, then move the mouse cursor. The window underneath the mouse will resize - again release any of the keys to stop movement.

Yeah, I'm stretching the whole FAQ thing. The icon is from my Mac version which was called "Zooom/2", thus the Z.

I know what you are thinking, "Zooom/2 is no longer supported, what about a Mac version?". The answer right now is "I'll think about it". I'll reconsider once the new MAUI framework comes out (end of 2021 with .NET 6?).
